Advice for the 2nd Daeshin New Technology Investment Fund on the acquision of CB of KRW 20 billion
LOT Vacuum is a company who manufactures, sells and services dry vacuum pumps for the semiconductor, display, AMOLED, solar, nuclear fusion, artificial sun, secondary cell industry and other industries. Lately, LOT Vacuum issued the convertible bonds of KRW 20 billion to raise funds for facility investment and successfully financed as the KRW 20 billion in proceeds from the acquisition of the convertible bonds was fully paid on May 14, 2019. SPRING LAW provided legal advice on the acquisition of the convertible bonds for the 2nd Daeshin New Technology Investment Fund formed by Daeshin Securities as the general partner. This legal advisory included the entire range of transactions from the formation of the 2nd Daeshin New Technology Investment Fund, the preparation of the convertible bond subscription agreement, and to the closing of the transaction.
